Attendance an online digital event on Mar. 28, 2024 entitled “Cultural and Linguistic Considerations in the Development of Collaborative”. The event was offered by International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP). 

Description: As the pharmacy career supplies services to various patient populations, modern pharmacy services and tactics that identify the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and social determinants of health require to be planned with principles linked to universal health. As well, services must mirror the communities' requirements by implementing principles of universal health and confirming that communities' linguistic and cultural requirements are considered to supply care for the whole person, incorporating traditional practices, health beliefs, and language. 

Moreover, the present session was planned to talk about examples of improving services and programs that accomplish these targets, discover mutual advantages between interprofessional and multinational collaborators, and discover non-traditional means to promote our efficiency and realization in service provision by communities and patients. The presentation aimed to authorize pharmacists worldwide with strategies and knowledge to improve services that mirror these principles.

Learning Objectives:

1. Identify linguistically and culturally suitable services and care;

2. Discover how to include principles of global health, social determinants of health, and awareness of sustainable development goals into the improvement of services;

3. As well discuss examples of efficient interprofessional and multinational community service provision.
