The module instructed us to: 

• Define economic theory;

• Understand what is cost in an economic evaluation;

• Differentiate 'up-front' and 'downstream' costs;

• Identify factors of resource use relevant to decision making;

• Understand the role and relevance of economic evidence in Cochrane Intervention Reviews.
