Description: Self-care encompasses all aspects of wellness, from illness prevention to controlling symptoms and popular diseases, and the usage of non-prescription medications and medicinal devices. Globally, individuals are taking higher responsibility for their mental and physical health as well are actively searching reliable data to make informed choices. Encouraging self-care signifies authorizing individuals to responsibly participate in their own health management in an informed way, rather than leaving them without care. As pharmacists growingly qualify patients to make preferable health decisions, they must confirm them that they may constantly count on their professional counsel. To learn concerning this essential role, we joined the event on International Self-care Day, July. 24, 2024.
