Description: In honor of World Mental Health Day on October 24, 2024, FIP was pleased to offer a special online event. The present status of mental health policy and practice worldwide was the main topic of this webinar, with special attention paid to Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and India. Together, pharmacists and legislators will talk about mental health care strategies, highlighting important issues and areas for development. In order to promote a comprehensive, patient-centered approach throughout various areas, the event highlighted how to better support pharmacists in their work and how legislation might be modified to increase access to mental health resources.
